2023 Jarred Honey

1 pound squeeze jar of pure local honey from fall of 2023. Filtered only to remove large contaminents. Bees forage mainly over pumpkins, clover, and alfalfa resulting in a light color and taste.

Note that pure honey, when jarred and stored correctly, will not spoil. However, it will begin to crystalize over time. This is one way you know you have truly raw and pure honey! Use honey as normal until crystalization is reached, then place jar in bowl of warm water. Crystals will turn back into liquid honey. Repeat as needed.
